Easol has deep roots in experiences: the platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise - Europe’s biggest snow sports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures - a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish Archipelago.

The Role

Easol is looking for a seasoned Events Producer to join our Marketing Team on a contract basis, starting as soon as possible through October 2024.

You’ll be working alongside our co-founder and Chief Creative Officer to shape and amplify the Easol brand whilst pushing boundaries to create and deliver events that connect with our community of the most exciting experience creators on the planet. This role is a fixed term contract for 8 months until October 2024

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a conference and networking event on the West Coast
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, invites and guest list management, and programming of the event (speakers, content outlines, discussion topics etc).
• Coordinate the production of branded collateral and company merchandise for the event.
• Utilise content creation experience to assist with digital video production for the event.
• Collaborate with the London-based team and be available for BST calls as needed.
