Easol has deep roots in experiences: the platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise - Europe’s biggest snow sports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures - a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish Archipelago.


The Role

As a VP of Growth you will play a crucial role in driving Easol’s growth opportunities, owning and developing strategies to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.

This will initially be a stand-alone, hands-on role working directly with the Co-Founders - CEO and Chief Creative Officer - with the opportunity to build and lead an internal growth team made up of performance marketing, design and development.

This role requires a proven individual with a track record and passion to achieve growth in early-stage (series A), B2B / SaaS start-up businesses. You aren’t afraid to move quickly and experiment, defining and executing growth plans and optimising the revenue funnel.
